US President Donald Trump is lashing out at a woman who claims he once forcibly kissed her while she worked in Trump Tower as a receptionist, saying it "Never happened!"

The President angrily refuted her latest claims on Wednesday morning, which allege he forced himself on her and kissed her on the 24th floor of Trump Tower in 2006.

"He was waiting for the elevator outside our office when I got up the nerve to introduce myself", she is quoted in the Post as saying. 'He took hold of my hand and held me in place like this, ' she said, squeezing the sides of the water glass, shaking it gently from side to side.

"He started kissing me on one cheek, then the other cheek", the newspaper quoted her as telling a group of women. She claims he asked whether she wanted to be a model, before kissing her for two whole minutes.

She said the incident lasted about two minutes.

A front-page feature in Tuesday's Washington Post recounts Rachel Crooks' experiences since she first told her story in the months before the 2016 presidential election.

In tone, however, Trump's response to the Post story is in line with his past responses to allegations of sexual misconduct. "The only reason I am here today is that this offender is now the President of our country", Ms Crooks said at the time.

Auto Expo 2018: Tamo Racemo debuts in India
Tata Motors is showcasing two of the 2018 Auto Expo's hottest vehicle concepts - the 45X premium hatchback and the H5X 5 seat SUV. India Yamaha Motor announced the launch of its super sports bike YZF-R15, a 155 cc, liquid-cooled, 4-Stoke, fuel injected engine.

The White House has denied the report.

Political hopeful and candidate for the OH state legislature Rachel Crooks, who has accused President Donald Trump of sexual misconduct, called on Trump to release video footage from the day the alleged incident occurred outside an office at Trump Tower in New York City.

"I must just appear to be some dumb girl that he can take advantage of...ugh!" she wrote her sister that same afternoon.

"Grab them by the p--y", Trump said. As at least one critic on Twitter has already pointed out, some people might choose not to kiss a woman without her consent even if no security cameras were rolling.

"When you're a star, they let you do it", Trump said.

"Ah yes, the Donald kiss...very creepy man, let me tell you!" she messaged another relative a couple days later.

The money was reportedly, in part, used to help the women with relocation and security if they felt unsafe after coming forward. "Only @FoxNews so reported", Trump was apparently referencing a December 2017 story from The Hill discussed on air on Fox News.
