In comments Friday night, Izzo, who has faced criticism and calls for her resignation regarding how the university has handled the investigation.
"Having Preston here has just been a joy", said Samantha Ursch, 29, who testified last week about abuse by Nassar in 2011 while she was a gymnast at Central Michigan University. She also said the last "treatment" was in August 2016, possibly making her the last child to be assaulted by the former physician before he was suspended by MSU.
Raisman also called out United States of America gymnastics and the U.S. Olympic Committee for turning a blind eye to the many allegations of abuse over the years.
"I have never wanted to hate someone in my life, but my hate towards you is uncontrollable", Miller told Nassar as she stared him down in court.
Perry said the board will work to "ensure that our culture, policies and actions reflect our commitment to those we serve".

Nassar has pleaded guilty to seven counts of criminal sexual conduct in Ingham County, Michigan, and has admitted to sexually assaulting and abusing young girls under the guise of providing medical treatment.
