The Crown season 3 spoilers: Is Helena Bonham Carter playing Princess Margaret?

The Crown season 3 spoilers: Is Helena Bonham Carter playing Princess Margaret?

Carter would take over the role which has been played by Vanessa Kirby, for the first two seasons.

Netflix announced in October that Olivia Colman will take the reins from Emmy victor Claire Foy to play Queen Elizabeth. That's right, this past season is the last you'll see of Claire Foy, Matt Smith and the other prominent players.

If you've watched Seasons 1 and 2 of Netflix's unbelievable series "The Crown", you know we are saying goodbye to most of the cast.

The Crown won't be Bonham Carter's first time joining the royal family onscreen.

There is now no word on who will replace former Doctor Who star Matt Smith as Prince Phillip.

The third season will reportedly pick up with a time jump to the 1970s ― Season 2 ended in 1964 ― and introduce Camilla Parker Bowles, then known as Camilla Shand, as well as explore the dissolution of marriage between Margaret and Lord Snowdon.

Amb. Nikki Haley Speaks Out on International Incidents
She said Pakistan plays a "double game" by cooperating with the US while harboring terror groups that operate in neighboring Afghanistan.

Netflix apparently hasn't given The Crown the green light to start filming another season, but that hasn't stopped its creators from planning it!

"You can't ask someone to act middle-aged", Morgan told the outlet.

She starred opposite Colin Firth in The King's Speech in 2011 - in which, she coincidentally played Queen Elizabeth and Princess Margaret's mother. Someone has to bring their own fatigue to it.

Bonham Carter has plenty of interesting material to work with for Season 3, which will likely take place from the end of the 1960s to the end of the '70s. The feelings we all have as 50-year-olds are different than the feelings we all have as 30-year-olds.

Hopefully, there are some more castings announced in the days ahead; we know that for us, we're very much curious to learn precisely who could be starring in the role of Philip.
