Harvey Weinstein 'orally forced himself on me' claims aspiring production worker
Allred also held a press conference Tuesday in NY to introduce Mimi Haleyi, a former production assistant who says Weinstein forced oral sex on her in his NY apartment in 2006.
The last time RAINN reported a rise in calls to its helpline, which provides free counseling to victims of sexual assault, was in February, when Taylor Swift brought a former DJ to court for groping her during a 2013 meet-and-greet.
The document filed states she was forced into giving him a massage after which he asked to perform oral sex on her and masturbated till he reached orgasm.
Haleyi spoke out Tuesday at a news conference with lawyer Gloria Allred, saying she was in her 20s when the alleged assault took place.
Haleyi said she first met Weinstein in 2004 at the London premiere of "The Aviator".
Among the dozens of women who have claimed Weinstein sexually harassed them, several women have said Weinstein raped them.
"He wouldn't take no for an answer and backed me into a room which was not lit, but looked like a kid's bedroom".
He asked to perform oral sex on her and she refused, but he persisted and she "froze", allowing him to continue. She declined and left, feeling "humiliated and stupid" for having been excited about the meeting, she said.
Eminem takes down Trump with profane lyrical tirade
After playing the clip in which Trump called the rapper "a victor ", Kimmel added, "Not anymore, I guess". Meanwhile, a 2004 video of Trump endorsing Eminem at a mock political rally is being circulated online.
She nor Allred would comment on whether they'll now lodge a complaint with the NYPD against Weinstein.
Weinstein "was a complete gentleman" during that follow-up meeting, she recalled.
An open letter circulating in Springfield says IL politics has its own version of Hollywood's casting couch.
If true, that would be a crime but Allred suggested it might fall outside the statute of limitations in NY. "I steered clear of him as soon as I could for the rest of the evening but soon forgot about it, until the New York Times and New Yorker pieces set off a landslide".
When Weinstein returned from Paris, he invited her to his residence, which had children's drawings on display, she said.
Haleyi finally told Weinstein she wasn't interested in him romantically and that she had heard about his "terrible reputation with women". "So within those groups, definitely we shared our horror and just commitment to one another to do whatever we can to make sure that people are outed and that there is justice".
More than 40 women including actresses Ashley Judd, Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie, Mira Sorvio, Lupita Nyong'o and Lauren Holly have accused Weinstein of sexual harassment.
A New York Times report said Weinstein settled sexual harassment claims with at least eight actresses and staffers.
