Justin Herbert evaluates Oregon's offense following win over Nebraska

With just over two minutes remaining, the offense trotted onto the field with a chance to tie with a touchdown.
Sophia, Ethan and Joe were special #StompOutCancer participants for Oregon's game against Nebraska Saturday, as the three kids not only attended the game but designed the latest Nike uniforms the Ducks wore against the Cornhuskers. The Huskers' next drive - with 2:17 left - was stopped when Lee was picked off by Ugochukwo Amadi.
But the comeback ended with a thud on the first play of the drive, as Lee was hit as he threw and the popped into the hands of an OR defender for the game-clinching interception. The Ducks ran out the clock - their eighth straight scoreless series - and avenged last year's loss in Lincoln.
Junior quarterback Tanner Lee, the transfer from Tulane completed 19-of-32 passes running 238 yards and made two touchdowns.
The Ducks are also concerned about the Husker offense.
Justin Herbert had the look of a future Heisman Trophy victor for 30 minutes, undressing the Blackshirts for 313 yards and three touchdowns en route to a 42-14 cushion at the intermission.
The Blackshirts piggybacked off the success of the offense, forcing OR to go three-and-out on their first drive of the game.
Senior receiver DeMornay Pierson-El finished it by jumping over freshman cornerback Thomas Graham to catch a 23-yard touchdown pass from Lee.
The game was worrisome from the first snap, and when the Ducks' sophomore quarterback Justin Herbert connected with his receiver in the end zone with only 1:18 off the clock, worry turned to dread. The last time the Huskers wore their red jerseys in a true road game was the 1976 opener.
OR responded with 75-yard touchdown drive that Freeman finished with a 2-yard touchdown run to end the first quarter with the Ducks ahead 21-7. Tre Bryant, who has rapidly developed into the team's starting running back, could have spent the entire offseason running on a beach into a torrential wind wearing a 100-pound vest and it would not have been enough.
The spread for this game favored the Ducks by 10.5 points.
The Oregon Ducks (1-0) lead the Nebraska Cornhuskers (1-0) 42-14 at halftime from Autzen Stadium in Eugene, OR. The Cornhuskers rallied in the second half, scoring 21 unanswered points. With the win over No.2 on its resume, the Sooners, the overwhelming preseason favorite in the Big 12, needs to merely run the table (including the renewal of the Big 12 title game) and they will earn one of the four playoff spots. Steven Montez threw a touchdown pass and ran in another score for Colorado.
Nebraska's next drive began at the Huskers' 47-yard line. "Getting the ball back, we had plenty of time and then that happened", Nebraska coach Mike Riley said.
Williams intercepted Herbert on Oregon's ensuing series for Nebraska's first forced turnover of the game. OR turned that into six points five plays later.
OR and Nebraska exchanged 3 and Outs before OR threatened again.
Nebraska held the Ducks to 103 yards in the third quarter after allowing 192 in the first quarter and 217 in the second. "Now they're going to play against a lot of speed". Hawaii (2-1) saw its winning streak end at five games. Nebraska now leads the all-time series against OR, 6-2.
Meanwhile, Nebraska gets the Northern Illinois Huskies in Week 3. Kickoff is set for 11 a.m.at Memorial Stadium.
Florida State QB Francois out for season
Less than a minute later, the Tide took back the ball again when Levi Wallace picked off Francois' pass at the FSU 42-yard line. On the same play that Florida State was called for pass interference, Alabama's sideline was hit with a delay of game penalty.

Nissan Leaf Comes With More Tech, More Power in Less Money
That Leaf is expected to have a 60 kWh battery, same as the Bolt's, which should be enough for a range of well over 200 miles. The system does require drivers to keep their hands on the wheel and it is not and should not be considered fully autonomous.
