At The Secret Superstar’s Song Launch Aamir Khan Introduced THIS Superstar From The Film

Keeping his promise, Mr Perfectionist introduced singer Meghna Mishra at Main Kaun Hoon song launch event which took place earlier today in Mumbai.

Zaira, who plays an aspiring singer in the film, is seen recording her first YouTube video and before starting the song, she says "I can not reveal my name".

Main Kaun Hoon is the first song from Secret Superstar sung by Meghna, who marks her debut in the Hindi film industry with the song. Amit Trivedi is the composer of this song whereas Kausar Munir penned down this heart touching lyrics.

The film shows the struggle of a young rising singing star (a character played by Zaira Wasim) to become a famous singer. Aamir portrayed the role of Haryanvi wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat. The movie "Secret Superstar" is a story of a girl who dreams big to be a singer, but is held by the pressure of her family, therefore, secretly reaches her audience on social media. The song is picturized on Dangal actress Zaira Wasim. But her father is not supporting her to achieve her dream and forcing her to give up on that. Before she begins recording, she tries to disclose her name but hesitates and says, " Main aapko apna naam nahi bata sakti".

Secret Superstar is scheduled to release in theatres on Diwali.
