Thursday forecast: Isolated storm chance today, better chance tonight

A wet Wednesday

Highs will range from the upper 70s to low 80s.

MONDAY NIGHT: Rain ending in the evening; otherwise, cloudy and turning less humid. A shower or storm could try to sneak into the mix. Temperatures will be in the mid 70s Saturday and low 70s Sunday.

Fri: High: 83 Mostly cloudy. While subject to change latest short term computer models have the line of showers along a Marysville to Manhattan, Council Grove line by noon with most if not everyone getting rain by 5pm.

Tonight: Evening showers/storms then mostly cloudy. Wednesday night will be mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms.

Sun: High: 85 Low: 69 Becoming partly cloudy.

In Madison on Wednesday, look for mostly sunny skies, a high near 80 and calm wind becoming southwest winds around 5 miles per hour in the morning, the National Weather Service said. Rain chances are up to 60%. Storms in northern Mexico are expected to spread northwest allowing isolated showers and thunderstorms in our area overnight.
