Cosby arrives at court before sex assault trial

Andrea Constand walks to the courtroom for the trial of Bill Cosby on sexual assault charges at the Montgomery County Courthouse

The 79-year-old Cosby is on trial on charges he drugged and sexually assaulted a woman more than a decade ago.

Agrusa contended that, after poring over her phone records, Constand realized she'd placed almost 10 calls to various friends the night of March 16. Cosby has repeatedly denied all criminal wrongdoing, describing his encounter with Constand as consensual.

Shortly after, Constand remembers feeling "frozen", slurring her words, and experiencing blurred vision.

Ms Constand acknowledged that she had maintained contact but said that she felt obligated to do so because of her job. Constand, whose testimony marked the first time she had spoken publicly about the incident, claimed she tried to stop Cosby from violating her body, but she found herself incapacitated, reports Deadline.com.

Some 60 women have come forward to say Cosby sexually violated them, all but destroying his nice-guy image, but the statute of limitations for prosecution had run out in almost every case. He is facing three counts of aggravated indecent assault.

Phone records showed Constand called Cosby 53 times between January 20, 2004, days after the incident, and March 31, 2004, when she left Temple University, including twice on Valentine's Day. She viewed him like a father. Somebody that I trusted. She testified she let Cosby know she wasn't interested in his advances. When she woke up, she said, he put lotion on her hand and forced her to touch his genitals. "So I just went along with it".

"I wasn't able to", she said. But in the end, it will come down, I believe, to one thing: Does the jury believe Constand is telling the truth? "If I went to the police, I thought Mr. Cosby would retaliate and try to hurt me", she replied.

"He said these will help you relax", she told jurors.

"It was a very big burden on me, but".

Meanwhile, actress Lili Bernard, who is known for her appearance in The Cosby Show, spoke to the reporters after the court adjourned for the day.

With $100 billion each, the two categories represent about 52 percent of the total $383 billion in projected loan losses. BB&T is among 34 bank holding companies required by the Federal Reserve to do stress-test assessments twice annually.

"I was mistaken", Constand said, referring to the type of meal they had.

When she asked if they were herbal, he nodded, she told jurors.

Prosecutors on Monday opened the trial with a woman who broke down in tears as she testified that the comedian had violated her, eight years earlier, at a hotel bungalow in Los Angeles.

Johnson testified on Day 1 that she lost consciousness soon after Cosby pressured her to take a large white pill.

"I felt that if I had gone to police, Mr. Cosby would retaliate and try to hurt me, that he would try to hurt me and my family in some way", Constand said.

She returned the next evening and asked what the pills had been but did not get an answer.

"She changed considerably", Patricia Sewell said in court.

"She called me at work", the mother testified. Cosby and Frazier were on screen together in the 1978 comedy "California Suite", which also starred Jane Fonda and Alan Alda.

The Associated Press does not typically identify people who say they are sexual assault victims unless they grant permission, which Constand and Johnson have done.
