Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Monday accused the US of creating the Islamic State militant group (ISIS), and called its war on the jihadist group "a lie".
"We have intelligence that Saudi Arabia is actively engaged in promoting terrorist groups operating on the eastern side of Iran in Balochistan", Zarif said.
"On the Western side, the same type of activity is being undertaken", Zarif said.
