Judge hit his major league-leading 19th home run and NY connected five times in all, battering Chris Tillman and the Baltimore Orioles 16-3 on Saturday night for their fourth straight win.

The Yankees passed an early season test against Boston, taking two of three from the second place Red Sox to remain in first in the AL East.

Aaron Hicks #31 of the New York Yankees connets on a 2-run home run in the seventh inning against the Baltimore Orioles at Yankee Stadium on June 9, 2017 in the Bronx borough of New York City.

Orioles RHP Chris Tillman (1-3, 5.59 ERA) starts Saturday night against RHP Luis Severino (4-2, 2.90), who is 2-0 with a 2.02 ERA in his past six starts. Starlin Castro brought 75 hits, 42 runs, 10 homers and 34 RBI into the weekend, while Aaron Judge had 65 hits, 47 runs, 18 homers and 41 RBI. The Orioles only had one hit after the second inning.

Caleb Joseph's pinch-hit RBI single in the ninth snapped an 0-for-45 stretch by NY opponents with runners in scoring position, dating to May 31.

And the crowd chanted "M-V-P" during Judge's at-bats, watching him reach base in his first four plate appearances, including a scorching two-run double in the fifth measured at 116 miles per hour off the bat.

All told, Judge has hit four balls that have been clocked at at least 119 miles per hour this season, while all other Major League Baseball players have combined for zero, according to River Ave Blues' Katie Sharp. It left via left field at 121.1 miles per hour, which was the fastest home run ever recorded by MLB's Statcast. The difference of late, according to the lefty: "I've just slowed my tempo down, let my arm get up and let the ball come out of my hand".

Raikkonen was stoney-faced and more taciturn than usual when retired 2016 champion Nico Rosberg interviewed him by the podium. We just have to make sure we are ahead of Ferrari , so we don't have to be in that same scenario that they were in on Sunday".

Orioles: C Welington Castillo (testicular injury) was reinstated from the 10-day disabled list prior to the game.

As the Orioles travel to NY for a three-game series against the Yankees, Dylan Bundy takes the pitch in the series opener on Frida. There is no timetable for his return.

"He was really good", manager Joe Girardi quickly surmised of his lefty. LHP Aroldis Chapman (left shoulder) struck out three and walked one in one inning during a simulated game against minor leaguers on Saturday morning. Ellsbury has been riding an exercise bike, running on a treadmill and playing catch.

"The Yankees and Orioles have already met 3 times this season". He beat the Yankees May 31 in Baltimore despite allowing eight hits and five walks over 5 1/3 frames.

The lone exception to the starters' success has been Masahiro Tanaka, whose next outing has been pushed back a day to Monday to avoid facing the Orioles.

-Since saying "I'm better than this" after a rough start in Kansas City, Montgomery is 2-1 with a 1.50 ERA in his last four starts.

Judge reached base four times in the first five innings, doubled in two runs in the fifth off Edwin Jackson.
