Shooting leaves 3 men dead at Greenville Nissan dealership

Three men were killed after a gunfight inside a Texas vehicle dealership involving bounty hunters and the man they were trying to capture.

Hutchinson had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on a 1st degree drug charge from the Hennepin County Sherriff's Office in Minneapolis.

In the video, Hutchinson can be seen with a gun in his hand. He pulls out a gun and starts firing.

A district judge from Norman is stepping down after just six years in office, saying the time is right for her to return to private practice.

Although it's unknown how many shots were fired, some of them shattered the front glass in the dealership showroom and damaged cars and furniture.

The three men involved were killed in the shootout.

Ford said he and his employees didn't give the men permission to be in the showroom but never asked them to leave or to show their badges. Peters says Garcia Jr. had made hundreds of arrests without incident. All three men were killed.

According to the City of Greenville, two men with F.N.G. They told employees that a woman who had come by earlier that day to buy a auto would be returning with Hutchinson later that evening to finalize the purchase, and they planned to apprehend him when he showed up. Both Garcia and Bernal returned fire.

Similarly, Bernal and Garcia didn't follow standard bounty hunter protocol, says Michael Phariss, the division chief of Texas Response Group, a private security and investigations firm in Carrollton.

Paul, Minnesota, was wanted on several charges that included assaulting a law-enforcement officer, Fox News reports.

"At approximately 1920 hours, Greenville police responded to multiple gunshots at Nissan of Greenville, located at 6403 Interstate 30".

The two men walked into the dealership and announced that they were federal agents, according to Rick Ford, the dealership owner. "Fidel was just a great friend", Peters said.
