Sult said he believes both mother and child are in danger.

She was reported missing on April 30. She was last seen at the 1900 block of Hastings Avenue in Hampton, Virginia.

Police do not know who abducted Chloe at this time.

Since the launch of the Amber Alert system, a total of 868 children were successfully rescued and returned to their guardians as of February 24, 2017, according to a fact sheet from Missing Kids.
