Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino Review - Mystically Terrific

Mysterious Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino Expected in April 2017

Starbucks unicorn frappuccinos may be coming soon and they look magical

Starbucks also claims this thing changes color and flavor as it goes.

This morning the coffee conglomerate unveiled the Unicorn Frappuccino, hopping on the food trend that's taken Instagram by storm. "That unicorn frappuccino from Starbucks sounds like the most basic white girl drink they could come up with", one tweet read while another exclaimed, "Couldn't resist the unicorn frappucino!"

According to CNN Money, a "tall" Unicorn Frappuccino with whole milk has 280 calories, 11 grammes of fat, and 39 grammes of sugar.

If you were wondering what flavor "Unicorn" evokes, that would be a blended crème base with mango syrup that apparently tastes like sour raspberry.

A deep bellow was the noise heard across America when Starbucks released its long-rumored Unicorn Frappuccino in participating stores nationwide Wednesday.

Man accused of stealing more than 100 cellphones at Coachella
In this Coachella case, the thief was naive enough not to turn off the phones and could be tracked easily. Henao was arrested and charged on suspicion of grand theft and receiving stolen property.

For a limited time, Starbucks will be offering a Unicorn Frappuccino, a drink that appears to have been designed expressly for Instagram.

StarbucksStarbucks fans are already obsessed with the chain's latest - and perhaps strangest - creation: the Unicorn Frappuccino. Creating a beverage that changes color and flavor is a tall order.

However, this isn't a drink that Starbucks wants customers to add to their daily routines.

The Unicorn Frappucino is definitely fun to look at- if you could actually taste the colors blue and pink, it would be in this drink. While the drink has a certain visual - or at least 'grammable - appeal, the reviews of the actual taste include the phrases "horrible sour syrup" and "just like those tropical Skittles".

But like the mystical creature, the drink is quite elusive - and will only be available in stores in the United States, Canada, and Mexico through the end of the weekend. I do see pink and I do see purple, but they're close in shade and there's no "wow" moment where it looks like someone repainted the drink's colors.
