"I can tell you that we don't know where Mr. Jakubowski is", Moore said.
Jakubowski is armed and risky. They have looked into 65 leads and searched a dozen locations for the suspect. They have had contact with Jakubowski before including an instance where he tried to take a weapon from an officer.
As a precautionary measure, the district started an evacuation process at Whitewater High School, Whitewater Middle School and Lincoln Elementary School at 3:30 p.m. Students were transported to University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Young Auditorium. The manifesto cited anger with all government officials, upper class and authority.
Wisconsin authorities are working with the FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Secret Service to find Jakubowski, who has been missing since Tuesday - the same day he allegedly mailed the manifesto, burglarized the gun shop and set his auto on fire, the law enforcement source said. They say they believe has has acquired a bullet proof vest and should be considered armed and risky.
"And just surveying everybody even if you're not part of the situation", he continued.
Anyone who sees Jakubowski should call 911 or 1-800-CALL-FBI (225-5324).
Obama adviser Susan Rice denies targeting Trump team

Spoden said Jakubowski recently sent a 161-page anti-government manifesto to the White House and gave a copy to one his associates, who turned it over to police.
On Tuesday, 16 guns were stolen from Armageddon Supplies on U.S. Highway 14 in Janesville.
The vehicle is registered to a Janesville man, Joseph Jakubowksi. The burglary and vehicle arson appear to be connected, authorities said. They say Jakubowski is a suspect in both incidents. He also reportedly had made threats to steal weapons and use them against public officials or at an unspecified school.
The 33-year-old Janesville man is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-10, with green eyes and brown hair.
