He wrote in another tweet, "Talks on Repealing and Replacing ObamaCare are, and have been, going on, and will continue until such time as a deal is hopefully struck".
But the problems that plagued the GOP two weeks ago - divisions among moderates and conservatives - haven't gone away.
It is not clear how a new health care bill will come together, with deep divides among Republicans and little interest in cooperation from Democrats.
"We're throwing around concepts to improve the bill", Ryan stressed.
He added later: "We want to make sure that when we go, we have the votes to pass this bill; that we've got the consensus that we've always been looking for".
"We just needed to have these conversations earlier", Brat said in a basement hallway crowded with reporters.
Since the American Health Care Act was pulled before it could be voted on last month, Trump has attacked leaders and members of the House Freedom Caucus, the conservative alliance that mostly fought against the measure. Instead, they're sweeping up debris from a failed bill that party moderates and conservatives hated, sparked a civil war between Trump and the hard line House Freedom Caucus and threatens to alienate GOP base voters. And now, Republicans are negotiating terms for another bill to replace the Affordable Care Act that is far, far worse than the initial clusterfuck of a healthcare bill they proposed.
As for when a plan might be voted on, while some conservatives liked that negotiations were still on going, they did not want to go too fast.
COLLEGE WOMEN'S BASKETBALL: It's 111-done for UConn
William scored 41 points in Mississippi State's 94-85 victory over Baylor in the Oklahoma City Regional final last Sunday night. Their streak of 111 straight wins eclipsed the previous record of 90 straight set by UConn teams between 2008 and 2010.
Webster said he had met last night with Speaker Ryan about his nursing home bed issue; a similar chat did not produce any results back in March, when the GOP bill foundered in the House - Webster said he hoped this time it would be different. That deteriorating relationship, he argued, is thanks to pressure from Ryan and White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus, who Gohmert called "establishment to the core". He pitched a populist infrastructure bill, tax reform and a border wall - all of which have been held up by a push for a health-care bill more closely associated with long-standing Washington Republican dogma and that critics say fails to address Trump's promise of making health care less expensive and more widely accessible.
Ryan said he would not put "some kind of artificial deadline" on a revamped plan. "I think they've got a way to go".
The new "border adjustment tax" would be applied to profits from goods and services consumed in the US, whether they are domestically produced or imported.
Meadows also said on Monday that states may be able to exempt insurers from ACA requirements that they cover things like mental health care, substance abuse treatment, maternity, and even prescription drugs.
"I think it would be a mistake to rush it", said Rep. Raul Labrador (R-ID). "We need to craft a solution that seeks the common good for all Americans", she said.
Multiple House GOP members toldCNN they still don't see how the latest floated compromise changes the math to get to 216. But this move spooked moderate Republicans, who were concerned it would leave their constituents with less care and bigger bills, and led to the bill being shelved.
"That's what happens when you have an unpopular president ... popularity scares people", said Ari Fleischer a former adviser to President George W. Bush. The Freedom Caucus has demanded, for example, that the new proposal end the essential health benefits.
Game of Thrones season 7 teaser out, hints upcoming conflicts
The teaser ends with a chilling close-up at the Night's King icy-blue eyeball which is... as I said, very chilling (pun intended). At Winterfell , after being declared "King of the North", Jon Snow takes his seat at the head of the table in the great hall.
Rochester NOW to protest pay gap on Equal Pay Day
On being inspired by the good motives of this campaign, the shareholders are now pressurizing their companies on equal pay. A 2007 study , for example, found that while half of men negotiated their salaries, only an eighth of women did the same.

Derrick Rose to have knee surgery again and miss rest of season
Troubled by knee injuries throughout much of his career, Rose averaged 18 points in 64 games in his lone season with the Knicks. Rose said at the time that he didn't believe that the injury was anything serious that would need to be surgically repaired.
